How and what I am charging you for
I am charging the bare minimum for all products. The products may be a little expensive due to the quality of garments. You are paying for the price of shipping, taxes, product. I try to keep my prices as low as I can but enough so that I can afford to live without dropping to give myself time to focus on new product, meaning, concepts, content, etc. because I want to be able to continue giving the best and perfect collections. All of the art and design is on me as I want to provide free beauty, info and experience as the profits I gain from the product costs will be enough to keep me afloat. If the quality of the garments are not to standard I will delay the drop and re order all of the products and make sure the quality is to standard. All information about the product (print, sizing charts*, material, price, shipping price) will be included in the description.
Refund Policy
If the product is not fulfilled (shipped to you) within 50 days you are eligible* for a refund. You can contact me at mannyfrancorefunds@gmail.com. From there I will check your order then update you on the steps towards either getting your product or getting a refund.
*If product is able to be shipped, if product was lost during shipment while being shipped to you, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Exceptions to not receiving the package within 50 days is if the product was LOST IN SHIPMENT, what this means is if the product was being shipped from my address to yours then you will not be eligible for a refund as this was outside of my control, as the shipper I will do my absolute best to make sure that the conditions and factors that may result in delays or losses of product are minimized (Factors stated in Shipping Policy), but I can only do so much as I have to put faith in the company that is doing the shipment to do their job.
I WILL NOT HAVE ITEMS FOR SALE IF I DO NOT HAVE THE ITEMS IN STOCK, PRE ORDERS ARE A LARGE RISK I WILL NOT BE DOING ANY PRE ORDERS.
*T- Shirt Sizing Chart is included in the T- Shirt Care Package.
